Process of trainings creation

Process of multimedia training’s creation is a complex process.As the experts, we divided it into 5 developed stages.

Stage 1. Customer needs research

It is the first and the most important stage in order to achieve desired result, that is to say high quality training material useful for the client and training’s user. It covers research that defines client’s needs. Such research ia a kind of interview which aim is to collect as many information as possible in order to adjust future product to customer's needs. Depending on given topic, researching works are performed in a traditional way, for example, personal interview and quantitative or qualitative internet research.

Stage is usually performed separately for different clients, that is: individual clients, small and medium companies, large companies and concerns and also public institiutions.

Stage 2. Proposed Solutions

Stage that comes up to the expected result is proposing client prepared solutions. After collecting information from the previous step we create document that contains:

• List of trainings with their type, estimated duration of particular lessons and the entire course
• List of additional materials in the shape of articles, guides, graphics and tables.
• Information about the realization time and cost of the order
• Information about delivery of trainings to the client

Such prepared listing is usually created in several options and turned in for acceptance.

Stage 3. Preparation of initial training scenario

Third stage of multimedia/interactive trainings’ creation is a continuation of the second step. During this stage final medium of trainings as a whole is fixed up. Simultaneously, detailed scenarios of trainings (single lessons) are created and final details concerning presentations and additional materials are defined. This step is ended with final customer’s decision, made on the basis of a prepared document.

Stage 4. Trainings preparation

Another step of trainings’ creation is their preparation. Our aim, as specialists in creation of multimedia presentations is didactic aspect of trainings. Our long experience in creating trainings for different kind of products guarantee correct content of produced materials. During this stage, after learning customer’s product we begin to produce trainings and additional materials. We also prepare dedicated application for the course on request.

Stage 5. Delivery of ready products.

Last stage of our work is to provide ready trainings to the client. Produced multimedia trainings together with additional materials, depending on client needs, can be delivered in the following way:

• Sent on CDs/DVDs
• Published on e-learning platform
• Published on dedicated web page
• Shared do be downloaded on FTP server
